Hildur, in the heart of DUMBO, offers a market-driven menu inspired by Scandinavian cuisine, with a nod to French bistro classics. The beverage menu celebrates Scandinavian techniques including fermentation and ingredients to emphasize a clean European feel to the drinks, alongside a curated list natural wines. The minimal design features plastered walls, bistro mirrors, textured glass and raw white oak, all meant to draw attention to the natural charm of the building’s 200 year old history. And then there's the spacious backyard, situated right underneath the Brooklyn Bridge; in other words: the place to be in the summertime.
